Cancellation
In case you have changed your mind regarding your purchase before receiving your order, just e-mail us on culti@trendgroup.me to cancel your order if your order was not processed.
Exchange/Return
All products for exchange/return shall be within 14 days from the date of purchase upon the submission of the original invoice and products to be in the same condition when purchased. The law excludes precious commodities such as jewelry, watches, glasses, evening clothes, wedding clothes, things in contact with the skin (swimming clothes and underwear) and perfumes, so the replacement and return period will be within one day with the option of return/ replacement provided in the purchase invoice and In all cases, the commodity should be in its original condition.
We will not accept any exchange/return if the original packaging was damaged or used.
Exchange/return products that are damaged, used or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
If you receive a wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective, or if you simply wish to return your product for any reason, just e-mail us on culti@trendgroup.me, our team will contact you to assist you with your return request within three (3) business days.
Products are considered damaged or defective if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 hours of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of personal use are not considered to be damaged or defective.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
If you paid:
-Cash: the money will be refunded while we pick up the products excluding the delivery.
-Credit/Debit card (return-after receiving your order) we will process the refund within 3 to 5 work working days by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed.
-Credit/Debit card (cancellation-before processing the order) we will process the refund within 3 to 5 work working days by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed.
